What counts as a unit?
A unit is one individually tracked asset in EquipDex — such as a truck, trailer, loader, excavator, pickup or other piece of equipment. Trucks and trailers that are connected are still counted as separate units. Archived units don’t count toward your plan.

How plans are counted.
Active units decide your plan
A unit is any piece of equipment you track — truck, trailer, pickup, loader, excavator and so on. Your plan level is based on how many of those are active in your company.
Archived units don't count
When you archive a unit in EquipDex it stops being counted as active, and its history stays available to you.
Unlimited users, always
Every standard plan includes unlimited people. There is no per-user charge — add every mechanic, manager and owner who needs access.
Monthly or annual
Annual billing costs the same as ten months of monthly billing, so you get two months free over the year.
All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD) and exclude any applicable taxes. Payment is not collected during Early Access. Pricing may change as EquipDex develops; we will let Early Access fleets know before any paid plan begins.
